All e-Gift Cards are designed to be sent directly to the recipient via email with redemption instructions, either immediately or scheduled for a date of your choice.

Can the gift card can be used in store and online?
Yes.

How long is the gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

How is the gift card sent?
It can be sent immediately or scheduled for a date of your choice, to an email provided. Please note: these will not be delivered to a home address.

Can the gift card be printed?
Yes. You can print off the voucher and present it to your chosen recipient, however we recommend scheduling the voucher to arrive via email to the recipient on a date of your choice.

Can I include a message?
Yes. You can also choose a print of your choice to appear on the gift card.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided you return your items back within 28 days from date of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.
