Quick Tip: Don’t Miss Out on Your Charges!

To make sure you get your Charges when shopping in-store or online, please double-check that you're signed in to your account or that you've given the store the correct email address linked to your account.

Using ShopPay or other express checkout options? Just make sure you're signed in first, and that the email on your express checkout matches your account email. That way, your charges will be added automatically, and you won’t miss out!

How long after purchases do charges go on our account?

Any charges earned while making a purchase will be pending in your account for 30 days until the returns period has passed. 

How do you check charges are there?

You are able to view all of your charges and rewards information in your rewards history at the top of your charge your bolt page – you need to sign in to see this.

How long before my charges expire?

All charges earned have a 12 month expiry date, once expired these will be removed from your account

How long do I have to redeem my reward?

Some rewards may have different expiry dates. You can view all rewards expiry T&C’s under each reward in ‘Your tiers benefits’ on your charge your bolt page.

Does it work on sale items too?

Welcome voucher codes include sales products however excludes charity products and collaborations.

What’s the minimum spend on vouchers?

£5 voucher applied on orders over £75

£10 voucher applied on orders over £100

Are the points for doing reviews only on certain items?

You will earn points by reviewing any product you have purchased. Maximum of 50 charges can be earned per 30 day period. Please allow up to 5 working days for your reviews to be processed. Please note, for fraud protection charges will only be earnt on reviews completed through the review request email which is sent 21 days from order fulfilment.

Can this be used in store?

Voucher codes can be used online & instore.

Can they be used alongside the blue light discount?

Discount codes cannot be combined.

Are Charge Your Bolt discounts automatically applied at checkout?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. You can find your discount code in your rewards history at the top of your charge your bolt page.

How does the Birthday reward work?

To make sure you are eligible for the birthday reward, please ensure you have added your birthday in your Charge Your Bolt page. If your birthday in within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days. You will then receive an email with your birthday reward information and how to use.

If I order a super scarf plus other items worth over £75 in the same order, do I get charges for the scarf and for spending £75?

2 charges will be earnt for every £1 (Excluding Charity items & Archive collection as they have their own earning rules.)

What will happen if I have used my reward and return my order?

If you used a reward voucher on your order and decide to return something, here’s what to expect:

·       Partial Return: The value of your voucher is split across all items in your order. So if you return part of the order, you’ll only get back the portion of the reward that applied to those returned items.

·       Full Return: If you return the entire order, the voucher code won’t be reactivated or refunded.
