We advise trying on your new shoes on carpet for a little while and try them on again in the evening when our feet are at their largest, and with various socks you may wear to make sure they are a good fit for you. For sandals we advise trying on with a pop sock to avoid marking the insole. Please ensure your new shoes fit to your liking before they are worn outside. We recommend doing so on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided you return your items back within 28 days from date of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.
