Who can enter and entry requirements:

‘Spin to Win +’ Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over on the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draw opens for entries on Friday 5th May 2023 and closes at 11:59pm on that date. 

You must complete your entry before the closing date and time of the Prize Draw. If you are part way through your entry when the Prize Draw closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Prize Draw.

An 'entry' is made by entrant entering the email address on the competition pop up.

To enter the giveaway, you must provide your email address on the pop-up dedicated to the competition. Entries must be complete and received before the end of the competition. By entering your submission, you agree to be entered to receive our marketing emails. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the competition is prohibited. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Competition entrants agree to adhere to Scamp & Dude's Terms and Conditions and are bound by its Privacy Policy.

1. The ‘Spin to Win’ (Prize Draw) is run by Scamp & Dude Limited (the Promoter).
2. Both employees and the immediate family of employees of the Promoter are not permitted to enter the Free Draw.
3. The Prize Draw will run from 8:30 am on 5th May 2023 to 11:59pm on 5th May 2023. (Prize Draw Period). Any entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must enter through the online entry mechanism on the scampanddude.com website. 
5. Entrants must be 18 years old or over on the date of entry and resident in the UK.
6. Entrants can only enter the Prize Draw once during the Prize Draw Period and multiple entries will be voided.
7. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.

These terms cover the website and related services worldwide. Delivery services are provided by Scamp & Dude and shipped by specified courier service or Royal Mail.

The website and related services (including any applications which allow you to buy our products from us on mobile devices) are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our websites (“Terms”). In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the Terms and our Privacy Policy. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When purchasing a product from the website you are making a contract with Scamp & Dude.

ORDERS

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order to us on the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging with a contract with scampanddude.com All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; the item ordered is out of stock, the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the Products you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.

When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. Where we ask you to provide and use identifiers and passwords to access restricted parts of the website, it is on condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such identifiers and passwords are kept secure and confidential at all times. You shall comply with all security directions and/or recommendations given by us and inform us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You will only be charged for products once they have been dispatched for delivery.

We will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

We use Royal Mail to send your parcels in the UK, and a selection of methods for international shipping.

Express shipping £6.95 Using Royal Mail 24 hours tracked (Orders over 2kg will be sent with DHL express) *not guaranteed next day

Please note during busy periods such as sale or promotions it may take a little longer than usual to dispatch your order including orders with Express shipping but please know the team are working at lightning speed to try and get as many orders out as quickly as possible.

International deliveries will be quoted at the checkout based on location
Please note that Scamp & Dude do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get full price items back within 28 days and sale items within 14 days from date of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging. We will try our best to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible but please note this may take around 8-10 working days from receipt of your parcel. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and we do recommend using a trackable returns service. Any items delivered to you with a defect/damage or missing will need to report to the Customer Service team within 28 days of the purchase.

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return. You do not need to wait for a reply before returning.
Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

If approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed. Underwear is not eligible for return or exchange.


EXCHANGES:
There is no need to email in advance if you simply require an exchange. Please return the garment to us with a note detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for.
The items must be sent back in perfect condition – unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging. Underwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.

Once your return is received has been inspected, your exchange will be processed. Please allow around 8 working days from receipt of parcel to dispatch.


FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS POLICY:
Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing.
Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
If within 6 months of receipt of goods you feel the above applies, then please contact our Customer Services Team at helpme@scampanddude.com
Remember to include as much information as possible regarding the fault including images and your original order number.
A member of the team will then advise you quickly on the best method of resolution.


PRICES

Prices shown on the Site are in GBP inclusive of VAT, prices do not include delivery costs.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, Dollars or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. All orders are placed with Scamp & Dude which is a UK entity. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your issuing bank before placing your order if this applies to you.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal and Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Scamp & Dude.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use state of the art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the internet.

We have the right to cancel your purchase without prior notification. Examples of occasions we may choose to cancel your purchase are: your card details have been flagged by our fraud screening processes or are declined by our fraud screening processed.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by specified delivery service or Royal Mail dependant on the shipping service chosen at time of purchase.
Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the later of:

(a) the date on which we receive full payment for those products;
(b) the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
